Bring the Winter Olympics back to New York, state lawmaker says

I'm loving this idea ๐Ÿ˜Š! It's like a breath of fresh air after all those years without the Olympics in NY state ๐Ÿ™Œ. I think it's brilliant that Assemblymember Robert Carroll is proposing a co-hosting model with NYC, they're just too big to tackle this on their own anyway ๐Ÿ’ช. And let's be real, Lake Placid has already proven itself as a top-notch Olympic venue ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ. The fact that it was renovated for the 2023 FISU World University Games is no joke ๐ŸŽ‰! As long as Governor Hochul and Mayor Devlin are on board, I'm rooting for this ๐Ÿคž. And who knows, maybe it'll be a great economic boost for both NYC and Lake Placid ๐Ÿค‘. It's like a match made in heaven ๐Ÿ‘ซ!

I'm a bit skeptical about this whole thing ๐Ÿค”... I mean, think about it, hosting the Winter Olympics is huge, but also super expensive ๐Ÿ’ธ. And what's with the co-hosting model? It sounds like a lot of work for both sides ๐Ÿค. I get that Lake Placid has some decent facilities already, but are they really up to par for something as big as the Olympics? ๐Ÿ…... Still, I guess it could be worth a shot if NYC and LP can make it work ๐Ÿ“ˆ. And hey, who wouldn't want to see more events in NYC? It's already got all that amazing energy ๐Ÿ’ƒ...
