just when you think some places are safe in florida... this is really disturbing. i feel bad for the victim and her family 
. it's crazy how something like this can happen in a quiet community like oakland park. i hope they catch the person responsible soon 
. it's always a good idea to stay vigilant, especially in places with a history of low crime rates
