I feel like I'm always the last one to join the conversation but just had a chance to read this thread about the Lumie Bodyclock Glow 150 and gotta say, I'm seriously considering getting one for myself . The idea of having a simulated sunrise is pretty cool - it sounds like it could really help with waking up feeling more refreshed. Anyone tried it out?
omg I just got my hands on this thing and it's literally changed how I wake up in the mornings! the gradual light simulation is so gentle it feels like my body is waking up naturally, no jarring alarms for me . and the fact that you can customize the brightness levels and alarm sounds is amazing - I'm so glad I don't have to choose between waking up to a bunch of annoying bird sounds or a bright red light anymore . plus the bedside lamp mode is perfect for reading before bed, I feel like I'm getting the best of both worlds . definitely worth the investment if you're looking to level up your sleep game
i think this alarm clock is super cool it can mimic a natural sunrise which is defo better than those annoying traditional alarms my friend has one and she says its helped her sleep so much better plus its really easy to use the buttons on the front are so intuitive i wish they made more color options tho but overall its worth the investment the compact size is a big plus too it makes it perfect for travel or storing away when not in use
I gotta say, I'm still not convinced about these "smart" alarm clocks . I mean, do we really need a device that simulates a sunrise just to wake us up? Can't we just use natural light or, you know, the sun outside? And what's with all the extra features like programmable simulations and adjustable brightness levels? Is it really worth the price tag? For me, it's still about keeping things simple and not over-complicating my sleep routine. Plus, I'm not sure how reliable these devices are in terms of actually helping you wake up feeling refreshed...
