Umm... I don't know if I agree that everyone should just leave Venezuela immediately

. Like, I get the warning and all, but isn't it kinda harsh?

Can't people just be responsible with their travel plans for once?

And what about those who are already living there and can't just up and leave? That's not fair to them at all... or is it?

I mean, if the US government really thinks it's that safe for Americans to stay, shouldn't they be taking care of everyone, not just some people?
And don't even get me started on President Trump's plans to visit Venezuela

. Like, what's he gonna do there anyway? Take a selfie with the dictator and call it a day?

That's not exactly gonna change anything... unless maybe it'll make Maduro realize how outta touch he is?

But then again, maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part

.
I guess what I'm saying is that this whole situation is super complicated and can't be reduced to a simple "leave or stay" thing. Maybe we should just wait and see how things play out in Venezuela before making any huge decisions
