US Hackers Reportedly Caused a Blackout in Venezuela

my heart goes out to those affected in venezuela... this cyberattack is so scary and feels like a form of warfare. i can only imagine how dark and hopeless it must feel for them right now, losing power during a time when they're already struggling.

i'm also really worried about the implications of US involvement in this attack... while i understand the need to take action against rogue actors, cyberattacks can have such far-reaching consequences and hurt innocent people. i hope that there's going to be some kind of accountability for those involved and that we can learn from this experience to find better ways to resolve conflicts.

and on a completely different note, those iranian activists using starlink satellite internet devices to stay online is just the most inspiring thing... i mean, who would've thought that with enough determination and tech-savviness, people could even outsmart an entire country's shutdown? 🚀💻

I'm not sure how I feel about this cyberattack thingy 🤔. I mean, one minute Venezuela is in darkness, next it's like everything's okay 💡. But on a serious note, it does sound like the US is getting pretty serious with its cyber warfare game 🎮. Like, for real though, can't they just talk things out instead of pulling a power stunt? 😒 And what about Laura Jedeed's story? That's some wild stuff 🚨. ICE agents using apps to track down people? Not cool at all 👎. But on the flip side, Iranian activists finding ways to stay online despite the shutdown is like, totally inspiring 💪.
