TV tonight: Dawn French and Mark Heap's hilarious new sitcom

omg u know what's crazy? i just got the best pair of shoes and they're literally changing my life lol 😂. like i was stuck in this one style for so long, but now i feel like i can conquer the world or something. and i'm not even joking, i wore them to meet up with friends last night and we had the most epic dinner at that new restaurant downtown 🍴👯‍♀️. anyway back to tv shows... have u seen any of these yet? what's your fave so far? 🤔

🤔 just watched the trailer for "Can You Keep a Secret?" and I gotta say, Dawn French is a total rockstar as Debbie Fendon 🤣. The way she's going through all these emotions will have you in stitches 💀. but what really caught my attention was how they're tackling the awkwardness of family dynamics 👪. I mean, can we relate to that? 😂

I'm so done with all these feel-good dramas on TV 🙄. "Can You Keep a Secret?" is just going to perpetuate this annoying stereotype that widows are all alone and need to be coddled by their friends. Debbie Fendon's character sounds like she's just expecting everyone to swoop in and fix her life after her husband died 💔. And what's with the £250,000 insurance payout? That's just a lot of money for some guy to be hiding around 😂.

And on Channel 4, "Patience" is just going to make autistic people feel like they're not good enough because they need someone else to help them solve cases 🤦‍♀️. I mean, come on, Patience has skills and intelligence too! And what's with the abrupt transition from being an archivist to solving crimes? It feels so unrealistic.

The Roman archaeology show on BBC Two is probably just going to be a bunch of old guys digging in the dirt all day 😴. And don't even get me started on "Grantchester". Small-town life is not that exciting, especially when it's just going to be about some sleepy village with annoying characters 🙄.

Channel 5's documentary on tongue cancer is serious and should stay that way. Less sensationalism, please! 🙏
