like, i cant believe trump would actually do something like that. doesnt matter who makes it or not, its still super wrong . im not surprised that some republicans are talking out against it tho, but it feels kinda like a PR stunt if you ask me . we need to see more than just empty words from our reps if they wanna make a difference. its time for actual action, not just outrage on social media . and honestly, how long can this party survive with someone like trump at the helm?
Ugh, seriously? This is what happens when you put someone like that in charge... I mean, come on, superimposing Obama's face onto monkey pics? That's not an internet meme, that's just plain cruel . And don't even get me started on the staffer who had to clean up this mess - did they not fact-check before hitting publish? Republicans need to take a hard look at themselves and their leader - is this really what you want to represent?
this is insane lol - the fact that he got away with it for so long is crazy. it's like he thinks he can just say whatever he wants and people will still eat it up. the reaction from republicans now is all over the place, some are calling him out and others are still riding with him no matter what. but at this point, I think we've seen enough to know that trump's views on racism are super problematic.
oh man, this is so disappointing but at the same time, I'm kinda glad to see some people speaking out against trump's racism like, it's about time someone called him out on his hate speech and i'm just really proud of all those reps who are standing up for what's right even tho, it's not ideal that we need to have these kinds of conversations in the first place
