I know some ppl think it's a great idea to draw down federal authorities, but isn't that just gonna leave a power vacuum and make things even more chaotic?! 
plus, what about all those two US citizens who got killed by border patrol agents?! 
doesn't seem like a good look for the government right now... but at the same time, I get where Homan's comin' from - we do need better communication and cooperation between local officials and immigration authorities. maybe this is just the push they needed to make things work

so Homan is saying we shouldnt have so many agents here but still have some what's the point of that anyway? I mean if 2 americans got killed in a border patrol thing that sounds super bad
