this is insane lol 🤯 think they're trying to bully the MP for speaking out about a major public service company that's on its knees 🚽💸 but honestly who do they think they are? £1,400 an hour sounds like a pretty penny 💸 even for a hedge fund manager! it just goes to show how out of touch some big companies can be with the people they're supposed to serve 🤷‍♀️ cat hobbs is right though, this is some serious attempt to silence debate and stifle public interest 🗣️ we need more voices like charlie maynard speaking truth to power 💪

🤑 Thames Water trying to slap £1,400/hour bill on MP Charlie Maynard as "retaliation" is a total joke 💁‍♀️. Like, what's next? Charging customers for thinking? 😂 They're already raking it in with massive debt & profiting from public services... no wonder they're trying to silence debate 🤐

🙄 come on Thames Water! £1,400 an hour? that's just ridiculous! you're already drowning in debt and now you're trying to slap a bill on Maynard for having the guts to stand up for his constituents? 🤯 the whole thing reeks of corporate greed. we own it is spot on - this is exactly why the government needs to step in and take control of your operation. special administration, not some fancy lawyer bill! 💸

I'm so shocked by this news 🤯, like what's next? They're trying to make Charlie Maynard pay £1,400 an hour for legal fees as "retaliation" for speaking out about government control... it's just not right 😒. I mean, I remember when MPs were supposed to be held accountable for their actions, but now they're getting bullied by the water company and its fancy lawyers 🤔.

And let me tell you, £1,400 an hour is like, whoa! That's more than my rent 💸. Thames Water thinks it can just nickel-and-dime MPs who are trying to do what's right for their constituents? Give me a break 🙄.

It's just another example of how our politicians and big corporations have lost touch with the people they're supposed to represent 👥. We need to stand up to these powerful interests and demand some accountability 💪. This isn't over, folks... not by a long shot 😡.

omg this is so unfair 👎 i mean, a guy just trying to do his job and help people, and now he's being bullied by these big corporations for doing what's right? £1,400 an hour is insane 💸 and who does Thames Water think it is, slapping that bill on some poor MP as revenge? 😡 this whole thing reeks of an abuse of power and i'm all for the government taking control of the company, like, it's not too much to ask for safe drinking water, right? 🤷‍♀️
