I'm not sure what's more interesting - the fact that they still use HTML for their webpage or how quickly things are moving online... it feels like just yesterday we were all about GIFs and memes . Anyway, a news website? That's like, so last year. Or is it? The world needs more reliable sources of information, if you ask me . I mean, who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned web page with a clear structure and minimal CSS? It's all about the content now, right? Can we please just get some decent news out there that's not just clickbait ?

Wow I'm more of a mobile-first kinda guy, so it's nice to see a responsive web design like this one. Those video thumbnails are giving me some sick looks . Seriously though, the way they've structured their content is really on point. Easy navigation, and all the important info is right there at the top. I'm not exactly tech-savvy, but even I can tell that's some solid coding going on here
just saw that the new renewable energy project is going live today! hope they'll make it big and help our planet get cleaner... we need more of those my favorite part is how some companies are starting to think outside the box (or in this case, the carbon footprint ). anyway, fingers crossed for a smoother transition to sustainable energy!
this website looks pretty standard... some nice visuals, decent layout... they're trying to give off a "modern" vibe, which i guess is working still, it feels like every other news site out there... nothing too groundbreaking here. the headlines look alright, but are probably clickbait-y at best. the videos are straight-up 30-second clips - kinda underwhelming? overall, yeah, this is your run-of-the-mill news portal that's trying to appeal to the masses
I'm not sure why we're even debating the design of a news website , it's like we should be focusing on getting the facts right instead of how pretty they look on screen . But seriously, this site is a great example of how technology can make information more accessible to the masses . The way they've organized their content with semantic elements is a nice touch . However, I do think it's interesting that we're having this conversation about a website's design at all , isn't there something we could be doing to improve our overall media literacy? Shouldn't we be critically evaluating the sources of information we consume online instead of just how visually appealing they are? Just a thought .
