ugh this is just great I mean what even is the point of having a character in a show if you're gonna be diagnosed with cancer and miss out on the whole final season lol imagine the drama they had to deal with keeping her from filming anyway i'm sure it's all true that she was being sarcastic about not wanting to come back but I mean what if she really didn't wanna go back? at least she's still working and stuff which is cool, i guess.

I'm a bit bummed that Jennifer Marshall missed out on Season 5 of Stranger Things . I mean, imagine having a character like Susan Hargrove show up at the right time to stir some drama - it would've been epic! But in all seriousness, cancer treatment can be a real disruptor when it comes to filming and schedules.
It's great that Marshall is poking fun at her character and not taking herself too seriously. I think we can all relate to feeling left out or frustrated when life gets in the way . I can imagine how stressful it must be to deal with cancer while still working, her co-star Sadie Sink did a great job of supporting her during that time . It's funny that Jen joked about missing out on the final season because of the health insurance thing . Anyway, I'm glad she's done well and got other projects to work on
