Sir Chris Hoy: Cancer, Courage and Me - 'I've realised I can make a difference'

🤕 Sir Chris Hoy's cancer diagnosis has me thinking about how we can improve prostate cancer screening in the UK 🌎. I mean, 10,000 men are diagnosed with incurable prostate cancer every year? That's just not right ⏰. We need to take action and support our NHS in making sure more men get checked out 🚑. Hoy's approach is all about control and determination, which I think we can learn from too 😊. As someone who's passionate about sports and fitness, it's inspiring to see him find a new purpose in life despite his diagnosis 💪. But what really struck me was how important mental preparation and support are during tough times 🤝. Hoy's partnership with Steve Peters is a great example of this 👫. So, let's all take a page out of Chris Hoy's book and work together to make a difference in prostate cancer awareness 🔒.

man I'm so down for Sir Chris Hoy's new charity event 🚴‍♂️💪 he's still got the heart of an athlete even though he's fighting cancer it's amazing how much of a difference his Tour de Four event made with over £3m raised 💸 and yeah I can imagine not being able to do traditional road cycling in tennis shoes but it shows that even when life gives you lemons you can still make a big impact 🌿💕 anyway Hoy's message is all about staying proactive and taking control which is something we should all try to do more often especially when life gets tough ⚡
