This interview broke me Akula's story is so raw and honest It's heartbreaking to think of him going through that kind of trauma and PTSD He's right, it's not just about being scared or losing friends โ it's a long-term battle with mental health We need to raise awareness and support for our soldiers And it's so important to acknowledge their bravery and selflessness too
War is so harsh on ppl Akula's story is really tough 2 hear He's not alone tho Many soldiers r struggling w/ PTSD & it's a big deal Mental health matters, gotta take care of each other We need 2 raise awareness & support 4 those affected
man, this dude Akula is giving me ALL the feels his story about being a volunteer soldier in Ukraine is so raw and honest, it's like he's speaking straight to your soul. PTSD is no joke, and I'm so glad he's speaking out about it we gotta raise awareness about mental health, especially for those who are serving our countries. it's not just about bravery or sacrifice โ it's about the emotional toll it takes on their minds and bodies akula's voice cracks with sadness when he talks about his experiences, but his determination to help others is so inspiring we gotta support our soldiers and make sure they get the care they need
its so sad what this kid went thru on the battlefield being scared & lonely is no joke. i think its time for gov to provide more mental health support 4 soldiers like akula PTSD is no laughing matter & u gotta take it seriously we cant just forget about their struggles & sacrifice
watching this interview broke my heart... 20 yrs old & already dealing with PTSD it's just not fair to the young generation growing up in these war zones they're putting their lives on the line, fighting for our freedom & security, but who's thinking about their mental health? we need more support systems & resources for them, like counseling services & mental health days it's time to shine a light on this important issue & raise awareness about PTSD
