Republicans are the party of separating and destroying families | Moira Donegan

I'm really disappointed in how things are going with immigration policies. It's just not right that thousands of families have been torn apart like that 🤯. I mean, think about it, kids as young as one or two years old being separated from their parents? It's heartbreaking 😔. And the fact that these families are being left to languish in overcrowded facilities without basic necessities is just unacceptable. The government should be providing support and care for these families, not pitting them against each other.

And don't even get me started on how this policy affects caregivers. I mean, who's going to take care of all these kids when their parents are being detained? It's a complete mess 🤦‍♀️. The Republican Party's stance on family separation is just crazy talk. They're talking about "family values" one minute and then separating families the next. It's like they have no idea what it means to value love, parenthood, and brotherhood.

I'm all for border security and immigration reform, but this policy is just not doing it 🙅‍♂️. We need to find a way to balance enforcement with compassion and understanding. Anything less is just unacceptable 😡.

🤕 I'm literally heartbroken thinking about all these young kids being torn from their parents. It's like, what's the point of even having a family if you're not gonna be together? These policies are a total nightmare for families and it's just not right. I mean, I get that we need to keep our borders secure, but come on, there's gotta be a better way to do it without hurting so many innocent people. It's like, the government is all about "family values" but when it comes down to it, they don't actually care about families... 🤷‍♀️
