i feel bad for daniel detorie tho he just wants to protect his fave ballet company but at the same time i get why some ppl would wanna cancel... i mean trump's involvement at the kennedy center is pretty controversial lol how does the ballet think they can just perform there and not get hate?

- I get why people are upset about Trump's name on the venue but cancelling the ballet show just feels like taking away art for art's sake 
. As a huge fan of dance, I'd love to see the San Francisco Ballet perform live and if some people don't want to watch it because of politics then that's their prerogative, but let's not take away from others who still wanna enjoy the show 
. Maybe we can just find ways to peacefully express our opinions and respect each other's differences instead of trying to cancel events? 
i personally think the ballets right to do whats best for them and the fans, they should focus on their art not the drama surrounding it 
anyway, maybe its time for a new venue that doesnt come with baggage
