The Oscar nominations are out and it's interesting to see which films made the cut... I mean, Sinners breaking that record for most nominations is wild, but it makes sense with that new Best Casting category 
. It's also cool to see some fresh faces in the mix - Marty Supreme and One Battle After Another are newcomers, so maybe this is a year of change? 
I'm kinda surprised by the snubs though... I mean, we all know some folks were favorites for their roles, but you gotta love the unpredictability of it all
. And Conan's hosting again - he's hilarious, so that should be entertaining! 
March 15 can't come soon enough 
. One thing though, is the Dolby Theatre hosting again? It feels like they've been doing this for ages... don't get me wrong, it's iconic and all, but wouldn't love to see something new .
! I've been rewatching some of the nominated films and Sinners is actually really good... but I still think Frankenstein should've gotten more nominations 
, he's always good for some laughs! But seriously, have you seen any of the snubbed actors or filmmakers? I feel bad for them

! i'm loving how diverse the list of nominees is too - it's great to see newcomers getting recognition alongside established films
