ugh man the winter olympics are coming again 
it's like every 4 years or so they're back. and milan-cortina is a nice location i guess, but have you seen the crowds they'll have? reminds me of those crazy summers in london when they hosted the olympics back in 2012. anyway, hockey fans are gonna lose their minds watching these games on tv. who needs that much repetition, right? but hey, at least we got peacock now 
it's like having a mini nbc for free, kinda like how we used to watch espn with our cable subscriptions back in the day

milan-cortina is gonna shine so bright! the hockey games are gonna be a highlight for me, who doesn't love some good ol' fashioned ice hockey action? and can we talk about the closing ceremonies? i'm loving the primetime broadcast on nbc, it's gonna feel like an event! but what's up with the conflicting timeslots? 8pm is super late, aren't most people already sleeping at that hour 
anyway, can't wait to see all the amazing athletes from around the world compete and bring home those medals!
. but you know what would've made it even better? more focus on wellness and mental health 
. wouldn't it be awesome if they had some meditation sessions or yoga classes for the athletes before the big events? maybe even some mindfulness workshops? 
i mean we all know how much pressure olympic athletes are under, so a little extra self-care would do them some good 
. just a thought
