Nick Frost: 'Tarantino has pictures of me in his cinema'

According to Nick Frost, Quentin Tarantino has photos of him in his cinema - a rather surreal experience for the actor, who has been friends with Edgar Wright and Tarantino since their days of making fan films.

The 'Tarantino has pictures of me' anecdote comes after Nick Frost mentions that he was always an avid fan of cinema as a young man, and then found himself having his face featured in one of Quentin Tarantino's movies.

Frost claims to have seen all 20 Harry Potter films during the Christmas season every year with his family before being cast as Hagrid in the upcoming TV adaptation.

The actor also revealed that he had only started getting tattoos at the age of 20, and then got more after a period of spiritual pain turned into physical one following the death of his dad. Frost now has most of his body covered in tattoos.

Frost was asked about playing Shakespeare on stage, but he admitted to not wanting to experience the stress that came with it. However, if given the chance to play a character like Falstaff or Portia in a film instead, he would "definitely do that."

just imagine bein in front of the camera for the first time, and seein your face up on the big screen lol ๐Ÿ“น... thinkin it's crazy that Quentin Tarantino had pics of him back from those fan film days. Nick Frost seems like a really down-to-earth guy, always lovin cinema as a kid and then gettin cast in Harry Potter - talk about a dream come true! ๐ŸŽฌ he seems pretty chill too, only started gettin tattoos at 20, but now has most of his body inked up ๐Ÿ’‰... think it's cool that he'd wanna play Shakespeare on stage, but not the stress part ๐Ÿ˜…... Falstaff or Portia in a film, now that sounds like a great idea! ๐Ÿค”

omg i cant even imagine how surreal it must be for nick frost to see quentin tarantino's photos of him ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ฒ, im like totally obsessed with harry potter too lol, seen all the movies like 20 times during christmas with my fam and everything ! ๐Ÿ˜‚ but omg nicks story about getting tattoos is so deep ๐Ÿค• i got some tattoos myself when i was younger, but not because of a breakup or anything bad lol, more like cuz i just wanted to express myself on my body ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ anyway, i love that he'd rather play a character like falstaff in a film tho, thats such a great role for him ! ๐ŸŽฌ

๐Ÿค” so Quentin Tarantino has pics of Nick Frost in his cinema and its just wild to think about how fans are gonna freak out over this lol ๐Ÿ“ธ i mean Nick Frost is still the guy who played Hagrid in those Harry Potter flicks you know, like who wouldn't wanna see a pic of him on screen? ๐ŸŽฌ anyway, it's dope that he was a huge fan boy and actually watched all 20 HP films with his fam during Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ its not every day you hear about someone being so dedicated to their fandom ๐Ÿ’–

๐Ÿคฏ I find it quite fascinating how Nick Frost's life has intertwined with Quentin Tarantino's cinematic world ๐ŸŽฅ. It's surreal, indeed, to think that Tarantino has photos of him on set, given their shared history through fan films and mutual friendships. On a more personal note, it's intriguing to see how Frost's backstory influences his choices โ€“ from being an avid Harry Potter fan as a young boy to getting tattoos as a way to cope with grief after losing his dad ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ. His reluctance to take on the stress of playing Shakespeare on stage is understandable, but I'd love to see him bring Falstaff or Portia to life in a film adaptation โ€“ he seems like an actor who would truly embody these complex characters ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ.

omg Quentin Tarantino is literally the coolest ๐Ÿคฉ i mean can u imagine having pics of urself in his cinema its such a surreal experience 4 nick frost lol nbc its awesome that he was a huge fan of cinema growing up & now hes friends with tarantino n edgar wright since they were makin fan films back in the day! ๐Ÿ‘

OMG u gotta imagine Quentin Tarantino having pics of Nick Frost from his fave cinema! That's wild lol ๐Ÿ˜‚. I feel for Nick though, talkin about seein all 20 Harry Potter films every Christmas with his fam... that's dedication right there ๐ŸŽฌ. And ahh tattoos... I'm not even sure how to react on that one. Physical pain can be so tough to deal with, glad he found a way to express himself like that ๐Ÿ’•. Shakespeare on stage? no thanks ๐Ÿ˜…, but Falstaff or Portia in a film? yessss please! who's got the money for a Nick Frost movie tho ๐Ÿค‘?

I'm thinking... Tarantino has pics of Nick Frost? That's wild! ๐Ÿคฏ I mean, what's next? He'll have pictures of me on his wall too! ๐Ÿ˜‚ But for real though, it's crazy how their fandoms started. I love how Frost is all about the Harry Potter flicks and then gets cast as Hagrid... that's a dream come true for many fans ๐Ÿคฉ. On a more serious note, I've been thinking about my own tattoos, they're a big part of who I am... got them during some tough times, but now I wouldn't trade them for the world ๐Ÿ’•. Playing Shakespeare on stage sounds like a whole lot of stress, but Falstaff or Portia in a film? That's a different story altogether... I'd be up for that! ๐ŸŽญ

I'm still getting used to seeing Nick Frost's face pop up on screen again after Harry Potter days ๐Ÿคฏ. I mean, who wouldn't want to be cast as Hagrid and get to play with those magical creatures all day? It's like a dream come true for any young film buff. And can you believe he used to spend his Christmas break watching all 20 Harry Potter films with his family every year? That's dedication right there! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Anyway, I think it's awesome that Frost has found a new passion in getting tattoos โ€“ it's like a form of self-expression and art on his skin. He's definitely not afraid to bare his soul (literally!) after going through some tough times. And yeah, it's totally understandable why he'd want to avoid playing Shakespeare on stage โ€“ I mean, that can be super stressful ๐Ÿคฏ. But being Falstaff or Portia in a film? That's like the ultimate dream role!

just imagine being a fan of cinema since childhood and then having your face pop up on the big screen - that's wild ๐Ÿคฏ nintendo switch sales are still going strong btw... anyway, nick frost seems like a pretty down-to-earth guy, it's cool he can poke fun at himself about getting tattoos after losing his dad ๐Ÿ’€

idk how surreal it is for QT to have pics of Nick Frost in his cinema lol, I mean, it's not like Frost was just chillin' and got photobombed by the director dude. and omg 20 harry potter films every christmas? that's just excessive. i feel bad for his family who had to sit through all those movies with him every year ๐Ÿคฃ. and tattoos? yeah okay, I get it, he lost his dad and got inked as a way to cope... but too much is too much, fam ๐Ÿ˜‚. btw, playing shakespeare on stage? no thanks, I'd rather watch the guy do his nails than be stuck in a sweaty theatre ๐ŸŽญ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ

๐Ÿ˜Š I love how passionate Nick Frost is about cinema and his fandom! It's so cool that Quentin Tarantino has pictures of him - that must've been such an surreal experience for him. ๐Ÿ“ธ And wow, 20 Harry Potter films in one Christmas season? That's dedication (and probably a lot of caffeine)! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I can totally understand why he wouldn't want to play Shakespeare on stage tho, drama can be super stressful! But playing Falstaff or Portia would be amazing! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I'm loving this story about Nick Frost and Quentin Tarantino! ๐Ÿคฏ It's crazy to think that Frost was once just a huge fan of cinema and now he's getting to hang out with one of his idols ๐Ÿ™Œ. And can you imagine seeing your face on the big screen? ๐Ÿ˜ฒ I mean, who wouldn't want that? On a more serious note, it's really interesting how tattoos can be such a powerful way to cope with emotions, especially after losing someone close. Frost's story is a great reminder that we all have our own unique ways of dealing with pain and finding beauty in the darkness ๐Ÿ’•.

I'm kinda impressed that Quentin Tarantino took pictures of Nick Frost back in the day ๐Ÿคฏ. It's wild how our lives intersect with these famous people, you know? But at the same time, it's a bit unsettling to think about being immortalized in one of his films, especially when you're not used to being in the spotlight ๐Ÿ˜….

I've always thought that having tattoos is a big deal for some people, like Nick Frost. I mean, he had most of his body covered in them after going through a really tough time... but hey, it's all about self-expression and what makes you happy ๐Ÿ’‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ. Playing Shakespeare on stage sounds like a real challenge, though ๐Ÿค”. I can see why he'd want to pass on that ๐Ÿ˜…. Can't say I blame him!

.. can you believe this? Nick Frost is like a walking nostalgia fest for me! I mean, who wouldn't want to be friends with Tarantino and Edgar Wright? And then he's got pics of him in his cinema... it's like something out of a dream ๐Ÿ˜. But at the same time, I'm also kinda intrigued by the fact that he was once an avid Harry Potter fan (I still love those movies btw) and then ended up playing Hagrid ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™‚๏ธ. And his tattoos? Wow, that's some dedication! He went from being a young kid who loved cinema to having most of his body inked... it's like a whole different person. And Shakespeare on stage? No thanks ๐Ÿ˜ด, but Falstaff or Portia in a film? Now that's a role I'd watch ๐Ÿ‘Š.

omg i'm still trying to process how crazy Quentin Tarantino is!!! ๐Ÿคฏ he's been keeping Nick Frost's face in his cinema all these years and now it's out there... talk about surreal. anyway, nick frost seems like a really cool dude, always loved movies as a kid and then got to be hagrid in the harry potter series... that's amazing. and wow, most of his body is covered in tattoos now... i think it's so brave to get inked at 20, especially if you're going through some tough times like he did with losing his dad ๐Ÿ˜”. playing shakespeare on stage seems like a total no-go for him, but i'm all for him getting the chance to play falstaff or portia in a film instead... that would be awesome ๐ŸŽฌ
