I think this new format could be a game-changer for MLS. Having a single table with five divisions will definitely make transfers easier and more exciting. But at the same time, I'm not sure about the preseasons - teams already have to deal with a long offseason after the season ends, so adding another chunk of prep before the season starts might be tough . And what about player availability? If players are busy getting ready for international tournaments during their winter break, will they even want to join MLS again in February? Still, I'm curious to see how this new format plays out and if it really puts MLS on par with the big European leagues
