Man charged with raping and robbing 14-year-old girl in Manhattan

OMG, like, I know some ppl are going to be super upset about this 😱, but can't we just focus on getting justice for that poor girl first? 🤕 Germaine Parham's situation is definitely weird, idk if being homeless makes him any less guilty though... 🤔 His lawyer not being found is pretty crazy too, maybe they're trying to protect him or something 🤑 But seriously, rape is never the victim's fault, and we should be supporting her more than judging the dude who did it 😒

😕🚔 just thinking about that poor kid is giving me chills... 14 years old 😱 and some dude takes advantage of her like that? 🤯 it's just not right 👎 NYPD is doing what they can, but we need to talk about the system not catching this guy sooner 🙄 homeless with no lawyer? how does he even plan on defending himself like that? 🤷‍♂️ needs a lot more work in our justice system 💔

.. my heart goes out to that poor 14-year-old girl 🤕😔 she was just a kid, living her life, and then some monster takes advantage of her like that... I hope she's getting the help and support she needs right now 💕🏥 it's just so sad and frustrating when these things happen. We need to be better as a community, looking out for each other, especially our most vulnerable members 🤝❤️

omg u cant even walk down the street without some sicko like germaine parham trying 2 rape a teenager ! thats just 2 sad & disturbing 2 be true but we gotta take action now these ppl need 2 b held accountable 4 their actions i mean whats wrong w/ people 2day ? cant they jus leave other ppl alone ?? its not like its gonna hurt them or somethin its a human life ur in the wrong & u got caught so why not just face the music ?

I don't know, man... I think it's super weird that he got arrested so fast but like, only after some random person saw him outside the city? Like, what if nobody knew where he was at first? Shouldn't they've caught him way sooner?

And omg, 14 years old getting raped in her own apartment building is just... I don't know how to process that. But at the same time, like, shouldn't we be talking about why this is happening more often? Is it really that hard to prevent these kinds of things?

I mean, on one hand, I'm all for keeping our communities safe and stuff, but on another hand... aren't the police like, doing everything they can to catch these guys? Or are they just not doing enough? Ugh, I don't know what's going on anymore
