Live Nation Legal Chief Denies Ticketmaster Colludes With Resellers at Tense Senate Hearing

Wow 😱 Ticketmaster is getting roasted by some folks at the Senate hearing 🤬 and I'm like "interesting" 👀 how it all goes down. It's crazy that Kid Rock testified and thinks breaking up Live Nation and Ticketmaster would solve ticket price issues 🤑. But what really got me was when they showed that internal email from Ticketmaster and it seemed like some people did turn a blind eye to resellers breaching rules 🚫. Lawmakers need to get to the bottom of this 💼

omg u no how frustrating it is 2 try 2 get tix 2 ur fave concert & they're like whoa $500+ lol ticketmaster & live nation r always playin dirty games w/ resellers 🤯 i was at this hearing online last yr & kid rock was so real about breakin up the companies tho he's got a point tho 🤑 we need some regulation here!

I'm still not convinced 🤔 that Ticketmaster's side of the story is entirely genuine... I mean, who needs proof when you've got a big company like Live Nation backing them up? 🤑 But at the same time, it's hard to deny their efforts in cracking down on ticket resellers. The whole thing just feels like a cat-and-mouse game 🐈, with lawmakers trying to keep up and Ticketmaster always staying one step ahead.

I'm also curious about why Kid Rock is taking it upon himself to testify 🤷‍♂️... Is he just trying to cash in on his famous status or is there something more to it? Either way, I think the issue of high ticket prices is a real problem that needs to be addressed 🎟️. A 10% cap on resale prices might not be a bad idea 😊. But will it make a difference? That's hard to say 🤷‍♂️...

I think it's super interesting that Kid Rock is speaking out about this issue... 🤔 Ticket prices can be, like, totally overwhelming for people trying to get tickets to concerts or events. It feels so unfair when you're willing to pay a certain price, but then some resale site comes along and doubles it overnight 🤑

I'm curious to see what actually happens next with the FTC's claims against Ticketmaster... 🤝 I'd love to hear more about how they plan to regulate these ticket resellers and make things fairer for fans. Maybe there are some creative solutions out there that can address this issue without, like, totally breaking up Live Nation and Ticketmaster ⚖️

I'm like totally obsessed with a new show I just started watching on Netflix 📺, it's so good! Anyway, back to ticket prices... have you guys ever noticed how crazy expensive concerts get nowadays? Like, I saw a poster for my favorite band's tour and the tickets were like $200+ 🤑. It's crazy! And don't even get me started on resale prices – 10% cap on resale prices is like a great idea 😊. But, have you guys ever noticed how some ticket sellers are actually just bots? Like, they're automated systems that buy up all the tickets and then resell them at inflated prices... it's so sketchy 🤔.
