omg i know i just got my new bike and i'm so stoked but my mum always tells me to be careful not to fall and hurt myself i never thought about how hard our wrists have to work when we do, it's like they're the ones doing all the heavy lifting . i think it's really cool that there are people like Brigette and Nicola who are experts on taking care of our wrists . i'm gonna make sure to be more mindful and stretch my wrists every day after riding or playing video games
u guys think about wrist care when buying scooters or bikes 4 kids? like Brigette Evans says "falls happen" & wrists get hurt . gotta remember wrist anatomy has 8 bones, radius, ulna, & hand bones that r connected by ligaments & tendons - so delicate . De Quervain tenosynovitis is a big deal for new moms & dads too... like when u lift babies all day . just saying, try to prop pillows under babies while feeding or use proper lifting techniques 2 avoid wrist strain . and gentle stretches r key 2 preventing stiffness in wrists
