I'm literally shaking with anger reading this news
. Can you even imagine someone stealing an entire fleet of Toyotas from Brisbane and shipping them off to who-knows-where?! It's like they thought they could just waltz in, swoop up all those cars, and disappear without anyone noticing
. And then the audacity to try and sell them on for a profit? It's just... ugh.
And what really gets my goat is that these guys are going to be able to walk free with over 300 charges against them
. I mean, I'm no lawyer, but I know that's a pretty serious list of offences. And what about all the innocent people who had their cars stolen? Do they not get any justice? It just feels like these guys are getting off scot-free and the community is left feeling frustrated and scared
.
And can we talk about how incompetent some police departments must be if it takes two months to even start investigating something this obvious? I mean, come on, if you're going to steal an entire fleet of cars, there's bound to be a trail somewhere
. But apparently not in this case... and now all those cars are gone, and no one knows what happened to them
