HPD releases footage of 2025 shooting that left 26-year-old dead, another injured in SE Houston

OMG u guys!!!! this is just soooo sad I cant even right now... a young man Daylan Walker was literally gunned down in front of his own home and people are still out there driving around with no regard for human life? it's like, what kinda world are we livin' in?!?

and the fact that these 2 masked men just casually drive away from the scene and leave another person to die I'm literally shaking just thinking about it... and now HPD is asking for our help to catch these monsters but like, where are they supposed to find us?!?! we're all just scattered around this huge city with no way of knowing if the people who did this will even get caught .

anywayz I just wanna say that Daylan Walker was young and full of life... he didn't deserve to die like that so let's all try to stay safe out there, 'kay?!

omg thats so sad another life lost its crazy how quickly things can turn violent and tragic... i mean who just drives around with a gun in their car and starts shooting people at random? the fact that they wore masks and hoodies to hide their faces is just so cowardly... hopefully the police will catch them soon and bring some justice to Daylan's family anyway this whole thing makes me think about how we need better community policing and mental health support in our cities... its just too easy for people to get caught up in violence when they don't have access to resources

This is so worrying! I feel so sorry for Daylan's family and the other guy who got shot too . How can these people just drive around with no ID on their faces? It's not like they're trying to hide from someone, they're actually committing a crime . And what really gets me is how one call led to two more innocent lives getting hurt. I hope the police get these guys ASAP so we don't have to see this happen again .

man this is some crazy stuff they're still trying to figure out who these guys are and what triggered this whole thing like did someone know something or was it just a random act of violence? meanwhile the cops got the footage but i guess that doesn't guarantee justice for Daylan's family. you feel me?
