I'm really worried about where this is all headed... I think both sides need to calm down and listen to each other. The idea that immigration agents used excessive force in Minneapolis is a serious issue, but so is the fact that protesters are getting censored on social media. It's like we're being pulled in two different directions and nobody knows what to do.

I'm not sure why people can't just talk to each other about these things instead of demonizing each other. We should be focusing on finding solutions, not just shouting at each other online.

the gov is really struggling with how to control the narrative on these super sensitive topics...i mean, using force against protesters is one thing but trying to spin it afterwards is like, totally not gonna work . and now they're talking about censoring dissenting voices on tiktok? that's just plain weird . the public is not buying what they're selling and it's only gonna get more intense from here. i feel bad for the journalists in bangladesh who are facing attacks and harassment over their work, but at the same time, it's like, we gotta stand up for press freedom and hold those in power accountable .
