I'm not sure if I love or hate this new feature from Google ... I mean, it's kinda cool that they're trying to make web browsing more interactive with AI-powered widgets, but at the same time, isn't that just gonna lead to a bunch of annoying pop-ups and distractions? And what about people who are still trying to get used to using their browser in the first place? Won't this just add more complexity to an already complicated experience? But on the other hand, if it can make studying or planning trips easier, then I suppose that's a plus... and the idea of being able to ask your browser for suggestions is actually kinda genius, so maybe this thing won't be as bad as I think...
I'm not sold on this whole GenTabs thing . I mean, think about it - you're basically giving Google access to all your tabs and chat history... what if they decide to use that info for something shady? And don't even get me started on the "contextual suggestions" - sounds like just an excuse for them to start shoving more ads down our throats . I'm not convinced this is the future of browsing...
