Gear News of the Week: Apple’s AI Wearable and a Phone That Can Boot Android, Linux, and Windows

Apple is developing a new AI-powered wearable device that's set to replace Siri, the company's existing virtual assistant. The new device will be called Campos and will be powered by Google's Gemini models, similar to ChatGPT.

The wearable device will have multiple cameras, a speaker, and microphones, and will feature wireless charging. It's rumored to launch in 2027.

In addition to the AI-powered wearable, Apple is also working on a new phone that can boot Android, Linux, and Windows operating systems. The phone, called the NexPhone, runs three operating systems: Android, Linux, and Windows. It has a custom mobile user interface for Windows and supports wireless charging.

Sony and TCL have announced a new strategic partnership that will give TCL a 51% majority share in Sony's home entertainment business. This partnership will include Sony's premium Bravia TV brand and other home entertainment products.

Asus has exited the smartphone market, citing a "temporary" pause to focus on PCs and AI-focused products like smart glasses and robotics.

I mean, I think Apple's new wearable device is gonna be sick 🤩, but at the same time, I'm not sure if it's a good idea... like, why would we need another virtual assistant when Siri already does its thing? 🤔 But then again, having multiple cameras and a speaker on a wearable device could lead to some crazy new features... like, have you ever wanted to take selfies while you're running or something? 💁‍♀️

And as for the NexPhone, I'm kinda excited about it, but also super skeptical 🤷‍♂️. Like, how are they gonna make it work with three different operating systems? It's like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole... and what if it crashes or something? 😩

Sony and TCL's partnership is definitely interesting, though... I mean, who wouldn't want the Bravia TV brand 💻? But on the other hand, don't they already have that? 🤔 And Asus just pulling out of the smartphone market makes me wonder... what's next for them? 🤷‍♂️ Are they gonna focus more on AI and robotics or something? 🔧

I'm low-key surprised about Apple ditching Siri for Campo's 🤖 – I mean, who needs another virtual assistant when you've got Google's Gemini models handling most of the heavy lifting? Plus,Campo's got some sick specs – multiple cameras, a speaker, and microphones... it's like they're trying to create the ultimate smart accessory 😎. And let's be real, who wouldn't want a wearable that can do it all without you having to lift a finger?

But, on a more serious note, I'm not sure what the big deal is about Asus giving up on smartphones... don't get me wrong, they're awesome at making PCs and AI-focused products 🤖. Smart glasses and robotics are definitely where it's at in terms of innovation – maybe this is just a strategic move to focus on what really matters?

As for Sony and TCL's partnership, I'm not sure if 51% majority share is too much... Bravia TVs have always been the real MVPs 😎. But hey, at least they're shaking things up in the home entertainment game – who knows what the future holds?

🤔 I'm not sure about Apple going all in on wearable tech just yet... I mean, they've got Siri covered right now, so what's the point of replacing it with another AI-powered assistant? 🤖 The Campos device sounds like a cool gadget, but do people really need an always-on camera and speaker on their wrist? 💡 And what about battery life? It's 2027 and we're still waiting for a reliable wearable that lasts all day... 😴

And then there's the phone thing... 📱 Android, Linux, and Windows? That's just crazy talk! How are they gonna make it work seamlessly? 🤯 The NexPhone sounds like a tech enthusiast's dream come true, but I'm not sure how practical it'll be for the average user. 📊

It's interesting to see Sony and TCL teaming up, though... 💼 Maybe we'll see some awesome TVs and home entertainment products come out of this partnership? 📺 And Asus exiting the smartphone market is no surprise - they've been struggling lately 😔. Smart glasses and robotics are an exciting space for tech innovation! 👀

🤔 Campos is gonna be so cool! I mean, can you imagine having an AI-powered wearable that's like, a super personal assistant that's always with you? 🕰️💻 But, come on, Google's Gemini models are already like, what, ChatGPT? 😂 Apple's gotta do better than that to make Campos stand out. And, like, how's this gonna impact our lives really? Is it just another gadget or is it gonna change the game? 🤖💥

I'm so down for that new Apple wearable device 🤖! Campos sounds like a game-changer with Google's Gemini models on board. I can see it replacing Siri in no time. Multiple cameras and wireless charging are nice touches, but what really gets me is the fact that they're integrating it into our daily lives even more. It'll be crazy to think of not having one by 2027.

I'm also loving the idea of a phone that can run Android, Linux, and Windows - talk about flexibility! The NexPhone has my name on it 😎. And now, Sony and TCL are teaming up? That's some major home entertainment action happening. I hope their Bravia TV brand is still going strong.

Asus, though... 🤔 Not sure what's behind that smartphone exit. Maybe they're focusing too much on gaming PCs? Smart glasses and robotics, though? That sounds like the future right there! 💻

🤖 So Apple is making this new wearable thingy with AI power 🤯. It's gonna be called Campos and it's powered by Google's Gemini models - weird, but I guess that's how you get a device that can talk to humans like ChatGPT 📱. Anyway, the thing has multiple cameras and speakers and will have wireless charging, so that's cool, right? 💻

But what's really interesting is Apple's new phone that can run three operating systems - Android, Linux, and Windows! It's called NexPhone and it's like a computer in your pocket 📊. I don't know how that's gonna change things for us regular people, but hey, progress, right? 💸

Sony and TCL are teaming up on some new stuff - Sony is giving TCL 51% of its home entertainment business, which is pretty big 👀. And Asus is like "bye, I'm outta smartphones" 🚫. They're focusing on PCs and AI-focused products instead. Maybe that's a good thing? 💻

I'm low-key excited about apple's new ai-powered wearable device! it's gonna be sick with all those cameras, speakers, and mic's but also kinda worrying how much our data is gonna be compromised 🤯💻 i mean, we already give up so much info to siri and google assistant why not just stick with what we know lol? anyway, i heard the nexphone can run multiple os's which is wild talk about a smartphone that can do it all 📱🔥 on the other hand, asus exiting the smartphone market kinda feels like a blessing in disguise - maybe they'll focus on making better pc's and gaming stuff 🎮💻
