gotta say, this is kinda crazy... like if russia really loses access to that kind of cash 
they're gonna have major issues financing their military ops & economic stuff. makes sense the EU's trying to help out ukraine but I wonder how this'll play out in real life... will russia just find another way to get their hands on it? or is there a chance this freeze might be more effective than expected
