. It's tough to see a team go through so many changes at the coaching position, especially when it affects the entire offense. I think Josh Grizzard is an interesting candidate - he had two interviews and was even considered one of the top choices! Hopefully, this new OC can bring some stability to the team

. Like, can't they just find someone who actually works? Mannion's a decent choice I guess, but Grizzard could've been a better bet. They should've gone with him from the start. And what's up with all these coaches jumping around between teams? It's like they're not committed to anything
