idk why ppl in detroit r so stoked 2 vote 
they seem 2 b more optimist about da city's future, & its actually tied 2 voting intentions lol wut? i mean id be kinda cool if every1 got 2 vote, regardless of age or income 
but im sure its not that simple...i dunno, thinkin bout how it shows both progress n divs across da city...mayb its time 4 some mayor 2 address those gaps?
