. It's been years since we've had a proper redesign and yet nothing has changed. The mobile layout still sucks and the search function is still super slow

anyway Moyes makes a good point about experienced leaders on the pitch tho - it feels like thats what sets them apart from the rest 
those players who can take responsibility and lead by example are the ones who actually make their team stronger 
i mean take granit xhaka for example - hes not just a great midfielder, he's also super disciplined and takes his responsibilities seriously 
. Long throws have become super effective and every team wants to be the one scoring from them. It's just a matter of time before someone gets hurt trying to defend against all those aerials 
. Experienced leaders like Granit Xhaka are gonna be big targets for teams in the transfer market, they're not just about individual skill, it's about bringing that level of discipline and responsibility to a team.
