but carrick's strategy seems pretty solid atm...pressing city hard and making them look like a bunch of amateurs 
don't get me wrong, city used to be on another level but pep's influence is clearly waning now. kobbie mainoo looked like a decent midfielder btw 
as for guardiola's reliance on haaland & co...yeah it's become quite clear that relying on just one or two players ain't gonna cut it in the long run 
It's like Carrick has tapped into this amazing energy from the crowd, which is so cool. City might be struggling a bit right now, but we'll see how they bounce back, I guess? Maybe United can keep pushing them to be their best selves?
