man, polar adventure days still on but i'm so over the cold weather in chicago it's crazy how some people out there are having fun in -20°c temps while we're all just trying to stay warm and pay our bills anyway, gotta love the fact that these kids are getting to experience that kind of cold as part of a "polar adventure" and on a free day no less! also, can we talk about how amazing it is that the chicago bears made nahshon wright an nfc pro bowl player? he's been working so hard for this moment and i'm all about seeing more underdog stories like his succeed
I'm not sure about Nahshon Wright's inclusion in the NFC Pro Bowl team... I mean, he was basically on the practice squad last year . Not trying to be negative or anything, but how did that happen? Shouldn't they've seen more from the players who made it through the grind of training camp?
Man... I remember back when the Blackhawks used to play at the Madhouse on Madison ️, it was always such a high-energy game! Now they're playing at the United Center, it's still awesome, but there's just something about that old arena that can't be replicated. Nahshon Wright being selected to the NFC Pro Bowl team is cool and all, but I wish the Bears could get some decent cornerbacks instead of relying on practice squad players . And Polar Adventure Days at Northerly Island Park? That sounds like so much fun! I used to go ice skating at Maggie Daley Park with my friends when we were kids ... those were the days...
