Bad Bunny, Olivia Dean and Kendrick Lamar among early winners at the 2026 Grammy Awards

Bad Bunny took home the Grammy for música urbana album of the year on Sunday night at the 68th annual Grammys, marking a major win for the Puerto Rican rapper in his first appearance at the ceremony.

The crowd erupted into cheers as Bad Bunny made his way to the stage to accept his award. "Before I say thanks to God, I'm going to say ICE out," he began, sparking applause from the audience before switching to English and proclaiming, "We're not savage, we're not animals, we're not aliens. We are humans and we are Americans."

Olivia Dean also won an early award at the ceremony, taking home the trophy for best new artist.

Dean's victory was a sweet moment for her as she wiped away tears to thank God, her family, and particularly those who have fought for their rights, saying "I never really imagined that I would be up here. I'm up here as a granddaughter of an immigrant. I wouldn't be here... I am a product of bravery and I think that those people deserve to be celebrated."

Other notable winners at the ceremony included Kendrick Lamar, who took home his fourth Grammy for Best Rap Album. His win broke Jay-Z's record for most career Grammys won by a rapper.

Kendrick Lamar expressed gratitude in his speech, saying "Hip-hop is always going to be right here... We're gonna have the culture with us."

FKA twigs became only the second Black woman to win in the dance/electronic album category for her work on 'EUSEXUA'.

Latin rock or alternative album went to CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso for their first win, where they gave a heartfelt speech thanking their homeland of Argentina and all of Latin America.

Turnstile also won his first Grammy for rock performance for his cover of Black Sabbath's "Changes (live from Villa Park)," which he performed at Ozzy Osbourne's final show.

omg I'm so hyped to see artists like Bad Bunny and Olivia Dean getting recognized for their work 🎉👏! It's a major win for Latinx representation in the Grammys, especially for Puerto Rico - that moment when he said ICE out was EVERYTHING 😂💥! And can we talk about how inspiring Olivia Dean's speech is? Her words about being an immigrant and her family's bravery are everything I need to hear right now ❤️🇺🇸. It's amazing to see artists using their platforms to celebrate their heritage and amplify marginalized voices 🌈🎶. The Grammys still have a lot of work to do, but this is a step in the right direction! 🚀

omg the Grammys are just so extra 🤩 i mean in a good way lol bad bunny's speech was fire 🔥 but also can we talk about how they just kinda skipped over anyone who's not spanish? like what about all the other talented artists out there? and omg olivia dean is literally my spirit animal 💖 her speech gave me CHILLS i love that she talked about being a product of bravery and celebrating those who deserve it. kudos to fka twigs for breaking down barriers too 🙌

yooo finally got around to watchin that grammy thing 🤦‍♂️, bad bunny's win was fire 🔥 i love how he gave a shoutout to ICE 🚫 and spoke about bein american too 👊 olivia dean's speech was so inspiring ❤️, she really had me cryin 😭 too much respect for her story. Kendrick lamar's speech was also pretty cool, but it felt kinda repetitive 🤔, like he said all his songs are gonna still be relevant in the future, yeah we get it, hip hop is forever 💯

omg what a night 🤩😍 bad bunny is so hyped I'm kinda surprised he took home the grammy for música urbana album of the year but i guess his vibes just resonated with the judges 🎵 anyway I love that he gave a shoutout to ICE and expressed solidarity with the latinx community 👊🏽🇻🇪 it's about time we saw more representation at the grammys 💖

man... Bad Bunny killing it out there 🤯! I love how he gave a shoutout to ICE, though not everyone might agree with that 🤔. And Olivia Dean's speech about her family and the immigrant struggle got me right in the feels ❤️. It's dope to see Latinx artists finally getting the recognition they deserve on this bigger stage.

Kendrick Lamar's win is crazy too... four Grammys and counting! The man's a legend 💯. And FKA twigs breaking that glass ceiling for Black women in dance/electronic? Goals 🎉. It's all about representation, you know? And CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso bringing the Latin rock love to Argentina and beyond 🇦🇷... it's a beautiful thing!

omg can u believe bad bunny slayed the grammys? 🤩 i'm so happy he spoke out about ICE and being human, it's like a breath of fresh air 🌪️ his words were so powerful and i love how he gave props to americans (yes, ppl born here too 🙋‍♀️) olivia dean is my new fave artist, her speech was so emotional & inspiring 💕 kendrick lamar broke jay-z's record? goals! 🏆 fka twigs is a total icon in the dance/electronic scene and turnstile's win for rock performance is amazing 🤟 what i love about these grammys is how they celebrate different genres of music and ppl from all walks of life 💖

omg yaaas Bad Bunny finally got that grammy recognition! 🎉🇵🇷 i've been loving his music for ages and it's amazing to see him getting the love he deserves. what was up with ice being mentioned tho? like, we get it, puerto rico is facing some serious struggles but c'mon, can't we just celebrate good vibes instead of bringing politics into the grammys 🤷‍♀️. dean's win though was so beautiful and her story is truly inspiring 💖 as for kendrick lamar, yay another grammy for him! he's like the king of hip hop 🙌

OMG, I'm low-key surprised that Bad Bunny took home that Grammy 😮! He's been killing the game with his música urbana tracks and it's awesome to see him get recognized for it 💥. And can we talk about Olivia Dean's speech? 🤩 She's a total sweetheart and it's amazing to see her overcome those tough emotions while giving an incredible acceptance speech - I'm all about that #gratitude vibe 🙏. Kendrick Lamar is also my boy, and I love how he celebrated the culture of hip-hop 💯. FKA twigs' win for 'EUSEXUA' is no joke either - she's a total trailblazer 🔥. And did you see Turnstile bring home that Grammy? 🎸 He's been rocking out with his band for years, and it's awesome to see them get the recognition they deserve 💪!

omg I'm so happy to see Bad Bunny win that grammy 🎉🎶 it's like he proved everyone wrong, you know? people thought he was just a latin trap rapper but he's got so much more depth and talent than that 💯. I love how he gave a shoutout to ICE being out too, it shows he ain't afraid of speaking up for what he believes in 💪.

and can we talk about Olivia Dean for a sec? 😍 she's like the ultimate underdog story - from being an immigrant to becoming a grammy winner? it's like her speech gave me all the feels 🤯. I love how she thanked God and her family, but also specifically those who fought for their rights... it shows you don't have to be a celebrity to make a difference in someone's life 💕.

anyway, I'm just so glad to see more people of color getting recognition in the music industry 🎉. Kendrick Lamar, FKA twigs, and Paco Amoroso - they're all killing the game right now! 👑💥

I'm telling ya, something fishy is going on with this Grammys thing... 🤔 Bad Bunny's win was a no-brainer, but what about the other winners? It's all so... scripted, you know? Dean's tearful speech seemed a bit too rehearsed for my taste, and Kendrick Lamar's win just felt like another way to prop up the "hip-hop is king" narrative. And don't even get me started on FKA twigs' win - did she actually deserve it or was it just a token nod to diversity? 🙄 It all feels so... manufactured. The truth is, these Grammys are just a front for the music industry's real agenda: controlling what we listen to and think. Wake up, sheeple! 😴

idk why ppl make such a big deal about grammys 🤔... i mean, yeah, bad bunny and dean are awesome and all, but it feels like the real winners r the artists themselves, not the grammy 🏆... i love how dean gave that heartfelt speech tho, really brought tears to my eyes 💕... and kendrick's speech was fire too 🔥, but what about all the other talented artists who didn't even get nominated? 🤷‍♂️

Ugh, I'm so over the Grammys 🙄. Can't believe they still haven't gotten their act together when it comes to streaming and voting processes. Like, can we just make it easier for artists to submit their work online? It feels like such a hassle every year... 🤯 And don't even get me started on the stage setup - same old bland backdrop and awkward seating arrangements 😴. Anyway, happy to see some amazing artists win, but seriously, how many times can we repeat the same winning formula with Kendrick Lamar and Billie Eilish? 🎶

🤩 I'm so hyped for Bad Bunny, dude! 🎉 His win is like, totally well deserved, you know? He's been grinding in the music game for years and it's awesome to see him finally get that recognition on a global stage. And can we talk about how inspiring his acceptance speech was? 💥 I love how he spoke up for the Latinx community and expressed gratitude for being an American, too! 🇺🇸 It's not often you hear artists use their platform to promote positivity and unity like that.

And omg, Olivia Dean's win is also so sweet! 😊 As a fan of indie music, it's amazing to see her getting the recognition she deserves. Her speech about being a product of bravery and celebrating those who fought for their rights... *gets emotional* 😭 I'm already feeling nostalgic thinking about my own abuela fighting for justice and equality.

What's your take on Kendrick Lamar's win? 🤔 Do you think he'll keep breaking records like Jay-Z? 💯

man... I'm so glad to see Bad Bunny killin' it on the Grammys 🤩! Puerto Rico rep, fam! He went from being a rising star in the Latin trap scene to takin' home the top prize. And that acceptance speech? Iconic 🔥. But what really got me was Olivia Dean's win for best new artist. She poured her heart out, talkin' about how she's an immigrant's daughter and it's a testament to all those who fought for their rights 🙏. It's moments like these that make you believe in the power of music to bring people together. And can we talk about CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso's win for Latin rock/alternative album? Their speech was so heartfelt, I'm gettin' chills 💕. It's always dope to see new talent gettin' recognized and it's even more special when they're shinin' a light on their roots 🌎.

yessss Bad Bunny slayed the Grammys 🎉🔥 but did u no that some ppl are still being held in ICE detention centers 🚔👮 meanwhile, Olivia Dean's win was super inspiring - she's proof that talent & hard work can take u to new heights 💪🌟 but honestly, the real heroes r the immigrants & marginalized communities who've been fightin 4 their rights all along ❤️👏

OMG I'm still reeling from the Grammys last night 🤩! I was literally on edge when Bad Bunny took home that award, I've been listening to him nonstop since his album dropped 🎵👏 And can we talk about Olivia Dean's speech? I'm getting CHILLS thinking about how much she's accomplished and still being so humble 🙌 She totally owns it as an immigrant and a product of bravery 💪. I was also loving Kendrick Lamar's message, hip-hop is life! 💯

I'm not sure I get the hype around these awards, you know? Like, Bad Bunny's win is cool and all, but what's with the whole 'ICE out' thing? It seems kinda... divisive 🤔. And don't even get me started on FKA twigs being the second Black woman to win in that category – it's like, shouldn't we be seeing more of these wins by now? 🙄 The lack of representation is just weird to me.

And what's up with all these speeches about bravery and rights and stuff? I mean, Kendrick Lamar is always good at making meaningful music, but does he have to thank God so explicitly? Can't he just stick to the message without getting all religious on us? 🤷‍♂️

Also, Turnstile's win for rock performance was kinda cool, I guess. But, honestly, a cover of Black Sabbath's "Changes" isn't exactly original... 😐

omg that was such an emotional night 🤩🎉! i love how bad bunny gave a shoutout to ICE and spoke up about being human and american 🌎💖 olivia dean's speech made me cry too 😭, she's so humble and grateful for her roots. kudos to fka twigs for breaking that barrier 💪🏽 as a black woman in the music industry. i also loved kendrick lamar's words about hip hop culture being timeless 🔥 turnstile's win was awesome, who knew his cover of black Sabbath would take him all the way to grammy glory 🤯
