Drones are getting super scary, you feel?
I mean, 350 unauthorized flights detected at US military installations last year... that's a lot! And China is like, already dominating the drone market... but I think Driscoll's got a point about the US industry playing catch-up if they invest in cutting-edge tech. Like, can't we just coexist with drones?
Amazon's already trying to work out some system for deconflicting skies, so maybe it's not all doom and gloom... but still, 3D-printed flying IEDs sound like a pretty intense threat...
