gotta say, beach hazard statement is no joke! been to those spots and you know how strong them waves can get been a bummer for surfers too. dont think people are aware of the risks, just goin out there hopin for the best. should really be more careful when it comes to swimmin or wadin in the ocean, especially with rip currents and all that also, is it weird i just saw like 5 different beach closures on the bay area beach cams yesterday
Ugh, perfect day for a beach trip... not so much . I mean, who wants to risk getting caught in a rip current or getting slammed by sneaker waves? Not me, that's for sure . I'll stick to exploring the city's parks and hiking trails instead of fighting the elements at the beach. The East Bay and Peninsula areas look like they're gonna be pretty chill, though, perfect spot for a picnic or bike ride . Still gotta stay vigilant with those forecasts, weather can pop up outta nowhere...
yeah it's gonna be a beautiful day in bay area... but lets not forget about those beach warnings rip currents and sneaker waves are no joke! always make sure to check that forecast before heading out to swim or surf, don't wanna get caught off guard by some gnarly waves . inland it's gonna be a nice day too, perfect weather for outdoor activities . just have to be aware of those conditions along the coast .
️ I'm loving the sunshine in the Bay Area, but gotta say, a beach hazard statement is like, totally not cool? Rip currents and sneaker waves are no joke, especially for families with little ones or people who aren't exactly swimming pros. It's always important to check those forecasts before heading out, 'cause Mother Nature can be unpredictable. And, on a related note, it's crazy how some areas of the Bay Area get these gorgeous sunny days while others are dealing with beach hazards. Guess you just gotta be aware of your surroundings and plan accordingly
omg, who wants to brave those rip currents? i was planning on hitting up lake errington this weekend but now im thinking twice its always a good idea to check that forecast before heading out. my friend went surfing last year and got tossed around by a sneaker wave...not fun . the sunshine sounds lovely tho, cant wait for it to warm up more. anyone else planning on enjoying the outdoors this weekend?
I'm not a fan of beach closures, you know? I mean, I get it, safety first and all that... but it's like, come on! A little risk never hurt anyone, right? And besides, the weather forecast is always changing, so who really knows when it'll be safe to hit the beach again? I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who can handle a little turbulence in the water... like a certain guy who got caught in some pretty rough seas back in 2018 . And let's not forget, the mid-50s and low 60s temps sound perfect for outdoor adventures! Not everyone is gonna be huddled indoors on a beautiful day like this .
