
I mean, it's crazy how fast NYC's economy can shift, right? On one hand, it's awesome to see low unemployment rates and job growth in outer boroughs - people are finally getting a chance to live outside of Manhattan!

But at the same time, affordability is still a huge issue... like, who can afford housing in Brooklyn anymore?

I feel like we're losing some of that old NYC charm with all these young professionals and professionals returning to offices. It's just so... corporate.

And don't even get me started on the energy bills - it's like, hello, can't we just get some cheaper options?!
And yeah, the report does say that NYC is bouncing back from the pandemic, but that's not entirely true for everyone. I mean, have you seen the housing prices in Queens lately? It's like they're charging you per breath!

Anyway, it's cool to see that there are efforts to address these issues and support key sectors like education... fingers crossed those federal policies don't screw us over too much
