A$AP Rocky: Don't Be Dumb review – a charismatic, playful return, but it's no slam dunk

I'm so excited to hear A$AP Rocky is back with 'Don't Be Dumb' ! Eight years is a looong hiatus, but it seems like he's finally found his rhythm again . I love how this album tries to balance straight-up beats with some of that experimental edge that made Testing so great . "Stole Ya Flow" and "Playa" are giving me LIFE ! The collabs with Hans Zimmer and Tyler, the Creator are pure magic . Can't help but feel a little bad for those haters who doubted Rocky though . Still, he's back, and that's all we can ask for !

man... a$ap rocky back with the new album and it feels like a breath of fresh air after that 8 year hiatus. i gotta say i was a bit skeptical about this album at first, but then i started listening to 'air force' (black demarco) and my mind was blown that collab between rocky and tyler the creator is pure magic it's like they took all the hate from testing and flipped it on its head. anyway, overall i'm loving the new direction of don't be dumb, it's got some really fun and playful vibes but at the same time, you can tell rocky was experimenting with a lot of production elements and sometimes it feels like he lost his edge what do you guys think about the album?

I'm so hyped for A$AP Rocky's new album! He was MIA for too long, but this comeback is fire ! I mean, 8 years is a looong time to be gone and still keep it lit . The dude's got game for sure, and 'Don't Be Dumb' is proof of that. Some tracks are a bit meh tho... I get what he's trying to do but like, some collabs feel forced and the production gets a bit wonky at times . BUT! 'Air Force (Black Demarco)' though? WHAT. A. TRACK. The fusion of hip-hop and psych-rock is EVERYTHING . Rocky's got his footing back, no cap .

omg i think A$AP Rocky's comeback album 'Don't Be Dumb' is fire ! he's been gone for ages but still managed to come back with this super confident vibe and those collabs with Hans Zimmer & Tyler, the Creator? genius "Air Force (Black Demarco)" is literally my jam right now . don't get me wrong, some tracks feel a bit like they're phoning it in but overall it's a fun listen and i'm so hyped to see what he does next

lol what a comeback A$AP Rocky finally back in the game and it's like he never left Don't Be Dumb is a solid effort, some tracks are straight fire but others feel like they're phoning it in still loving that collab with Tyler, the Creator tho Hans Zimmer too, what's good fam can't wait to see what's next from Rocky this album's gonna spark some debate, hope everyone keeps it civil
