I'm low-key worried about Tom Homan taking over immigration enforcement in Minneapolis . I mean, sure, some ppl think it's a good thing to have a "moderate" leader at the helm, but I've been reading up on his past stuff and I'm not so sure . His record under Obama is pretty mixed - he oversaw all those deportations, which is just plain scary for ppl seeking refuge in this country . And then there are these recent comments of his about terrorism and "Know Your Rights" initiatives? Not exactly the kind of calm, collected leadership we need right now . Can't help but wonder if Homan's gonna be a real game-changer or just more of the same old drama .

I'm kinda torn about this move by Trump ... on one hand, it's good to see some stability at the border, but then again, I don't want a bunch of folks getting harshly treated or, you know, profiled based on their accents . The thing is, Homan's got a bit of a checkered past, ya know? All those deportations and whatnot... it's like, yeah, someone's gotta do the job, but can't we find someone who's gonna make it all less... dramatic ?
