Risk of heart attack and stroke rises after COVID-19 and flu infections

omg you guys think covid is over? nope it just found new ways to mess with our hearts lol like i'm not saying i'm a expert but 3 times more likely to have a heart attack in 14 weeks is crazy 🤯 meanwhile we gotta get flu shots too because why not right? and what's up with shingles being all like "hey i'll just give you a heart attack" 12% more likely 😂 so yeah let's all just stay informed and take those vaccines stat ⚕️👍

I'm kinda worried about this new research 🤔... I mean, it makes total sense that having a bad cold or the flu could trigger a heart attack or stroke, but 3-4 times more likely? That's crazy 😲! And what really got me thinking is that people with chronic conditions are already at higher risk of heart disease. It just goes to show how interconnected our bodies are, you know? 💊 Like, if you have one bug, it can lead to another big problem down the line.

I'm all for staying informed and taking precautions 🤝... the CDC is doing a great job by promoting those COVID-19 and flu shots. And yeah, they're making them accessible to most people, so that's a big plus 👍! It's like, we can't control everything, but we can control what goes into our bodies, right? So, let's all just try to be a little more mindful of our health 🏋️‍♀️... and maybe keep an eye on those ticker timers ⏰!
