I'm kinda worried about this new research

... I mean, it makes total sense that having a bad cold or the flu could trigger a heart attack or stroke, but 3-4 times more likely? That's crazy

! And what really got me thinking is that people with chronic conditions are already at higher risk of heart disease. It just goes to show how interconnected our bodies are, you know?

Like, if you have one bug, it can lead to another big problem down the line.
I'm all for staying informed and taking precautions

... the CDC is doing a great job by promoting those COVID-19 and flu shots. And yeah, they're making them accessible to most people, so that's a big plus

! It's like, we can't control everything, but we can control what goes into our bodies, right? So, let's all just try to be a little more mindful of our health

... and maybe keep an eye on those ticker timers

!
