man this is crazy news! so like in school when we're talking about ethics and morals, it's all about doing the right thing, you know? but i guess not even presidents are above the law and now trump's facing some serious consequences for his actions.

i mean, can you imagine if your teacher pulled a stunt like this? like, cheating on an exam or something? they'd be outta there in a heartbeat! but because it's the president, everyone's all like "oh okay, we'll just let him off with a slap on the wrist" .

And it all started from some $130k payment he made to an adult film star named Stormy Daniels back in 2016. I mean, I get why people are mad - it's like he was trying to bribe her or something, but the weird thing is that everyone knew about this at the time and nothing was done about it...I guess?

It's also crazy that Trump's lawyers are saying the payment was for some legit business reason, but now it seems like they might be lying. I don't know, maybe I'm just a simple guy who doesn't understand all the ins and outs of politics, but this whole thing is pretty baffling to me .
