what's going on with these police departments they just can't seem to de-escalate situations anymore. i mean i get it sometimes things escalate quickly but shouldn't there be better training in place or some protocol for dealing with volatile situations? and now the public is being left to wonder what happened leading up to this... shouldn't that info be out already?
