This is just crazy ! I'm all for progressive Black candidates, but come on, $70k against one candidate? That's just nuts . And what's the plan here? Sabotage a qualified candidate and hope that more moderate folks win? It makes no sense . Michigan needs to get its act together and support the people who are trying to make a difference. If they don't, corporate interests are gonna swoop in and take advantage of the situation . This is a total mess!

It's wild how the party is more worried about holding onto power than actually empowering the community They're basically playing the "divide and conquer" game, which is so not cool . If they want to stay in office, they need to start supporting their own people - like Dr. Pugh, who seems super qualified and has the whole community on her side . This whole undermining thing is just gonna come back to haunt them when they're up for election

I'm literally so done with this . I mean, come on! They're basically trying to sabotage a qualified black candidate just 'cause she's not "moderate" enough . It's like, what even is that? Don't they know that Black voters in Michigan are getting more and more woke about being underrepresented in politics? I'm all for giving people a chance to run, but this just feels like a bunch of party leaders trying to protect their own skin. It's gonna be super hard for the Democrats to win if they keep playing games like this . And what about Lt. Gov Gilchrist and Deputy Sec of State Edevbie? They dropped out without even getting a chance to show up, lol. I just can't believe the party leadership is being so clueless . We need to see some real change if we wanna build a more inclusive democracy
