A 54-year-old man reported missing in Northeast Miami-Dade has been found safe, authorities confirmed on Tuesday. Dwayne Courtney Williams was last seen at around 3:30 pm Monday near the 2100 block of Ives Dairy Road.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office, Williams, who stands at 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds, was identified by his distinctive features - black long dreads and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black shirt and shorts of an unknown color, and was using a walker.
Just hours after Williams was reported missing, investigators made contact with him in good health. Reunited with family members, the man's whereabouts had been a source of concern for authorities and his loved ones.
