. A guy posts a meme on Facebook and gets arrested for it? That's just wild! But what's even crazier is that he admitted to lying about why he was arrested... I mean, come on, if the cops knew it wasn't a threat but still arrested him, that's just shady
. And now everyone's all like "Oh no, police are censoring free speech!" But let's be real, this guy posted some pretty inflammatory stuff - I don't think many people would've taken offense to a meme about Trump saying "We should get over it"

I think the real issue here is that our laws just aren't set up for online speech. Like, we need to rethink this whole "threats of mass violence" law thing... it's just too broad and vague. And yeah, maybe some kids got arrested for making a joke about school, but that's just not okay
