Man charged in 'serial punching' of women is facing new charges for Lincoln Park attacks

OMG, this guy is literally like something out of a movie , I mean what's with all these arrest records? 14 times since 2012 is insane! And the fact that he's been convicted like 5 times for attacking cops... it's like he's got a rep for being trouble . But you know what really gets me, is that mental health services aren't really available to him while he's in, so now we're stuck with this cycle of violence . Like, can't we just help the guy? And poor Kathleen Miles, she got hit on the head and broke her bones... that's crazy .

omg I'm just so tired of these repeat offenders and how our justice system doesn't seem to be doing enough to address their mental health needs . Like seriously, can't we provide better support for people who are struggling with psychiatric issues while incarcerated? it's not like they're just getting a slap on the wrist or anything .

and I mean, five convictions for attacking cops is just crazy ! you'd think that would be enough to keep someone in check, but apparently not. and now this latest incident in Lincoln Park has me wondering if we're doing everything we can to prevent these types of attacks from happening in the first place .

I feel so bad for the victims in all these cases - they don't deserve to go through this . I just wish our system was more proactive about addressing the root causes of violent behavior and providing support for people who need it .

You know what's wild? Like I was at the park last weekend with my friends and we saw this bird just chillin' on the grass . And it's not like it was a big deal or anything, but I started thinking about how some birds can recognize their owners after years of separation... I mean, have you ever met someone who's been to different schools, lives in different apartments, and still remembers your name? It's crazy! Anyway, back to this guy Livingston... what's up with the justice system not doing more to help people like him? Maybe some kind of mental health program or something . I mean, it's all well and good that they're charging him with assault, but is there a way to address the root cause of his behavior?

Ugh this guy is like a ticking time bomb how many times does he have to get arrested before he gets some real help? psychiatric treatment sounds like just what the doctor ordered but instead he's out causing more harm and it's not just the women, poor cops too five convictions for attacking them?!?! what kind of system allows this to happen?

I'm not sure if we should be worried about people like William Livingston at all . I mean, he's got a history of violence against cops and women, but at the same time, can't we just say that our justice system is, like, super flawed? We're always talking about how we need to address mental health issues in prisoners, but isn't it kinda true that some people are just, well, toxic? And what's with all the arrests over the years - doesn't he, like, get a vibe or something? I don't know, maybe we're just looking for excuses to justify his behavior. Or maybe, just maybe, there's more to this guy than meets the eye... But wait, nope! What if our justice system is actually doing its best with limited resources? That would be kinda awesome... or would it?

omg this guy is literally the most evil person ever i mean like what's wrong with him? he's had so many chances to get help for his mental health issues and he just keeps on attacking people it's like, can't the authorities see that he's a danger to society? the fact that he's been arrested 14 times already is insane and now he's got new charges added to his list... i just don't get why people like him are still around i need a good cuppa to process all this toxic energy ️
