Omg can't believe he was able to drive around for so long without turning himself in! Like, a year ago they asked him to cooperate but he just ignored it... the fact that he wasn't injured in the crash is insane, but the guy who died was just standing there minding his own business . It's crazy how reckless driving can be so deadly and yet some people still think they're above the law . I hope Juarez gets the punishment he deserves for what happened...
Man, that sounds like such a horrific incident ... my heart goes out to Herb Henry Alesna's family, it's just devastating to think about what happened to them . I mean, can you even imagine being in the driver's seat and not taking responsibility for your actions? It's crazy how reckless driving can have such severe consequences . And poor Jesus Juarez, he's clearly dealing with a lot of guilt and shame right now ... hopefully, he finds some solace in knowing that his lawyer is there to support him and help him through this difficult time .
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it - Robert Browning
This whole thing just feels so senseless like that one moment where time stands still... How can someone not even turn themselves in after a year? It's like they thought they were above the law , which is just unbelievable. On the other hand, it's good to hear that his lawyer is trying to paint him as a broken guy who doesn't know what hit him Guess you could say that life really did come full circle for Jesus Juarez...
Ugh this guy's luck is literally running out! I mean what even is the point of having a lawyer if they're just gonna say your client is 'heartbroken' over what happened? Like, we get it, accidents are bad, but come on, you were behind the wheel and failed to exercise due care?! How can that not be considered negligence at all? And what's with him taking a year to turn himself in? That's just irresponsible. I'm glad no one was seriously hurt, but this guy needs some serious accountability
