like we're finally seeing some progress in breaking down barriers in football management, especially at a top club like chelsea
liam rosenior's appointment is definitely a step in the right direction
but it's still super frustrating to see how few black managers there are in the premier league overall, only 12 out of 92 clubs is just crazy
and the fact that kick it out analysis shows only 3.2% of board and senior leadership positions being held by ethnically diverse people is a major issue too 
i think this momentum needs to keep going and we need to see more clubs following suit, like chelsea does in the future
if football can harness this energy and create meaningful change then it'll be amazing
