I feel Jaylen Brown's frustration is totally valid . Those refs were super inconsistent and it's like they just didn't wanna call any fouls on the Spurs . I mean, Brown's been getting hammered on defense and you'd think he'd at least get a few more free throws out of that . The thing is, refs are supposed to be neutral and not favor one team over the other . If they can't even do that right, it's no wonder teams like the Celtics are struggling to stay on top . They need to find a way to adjust their game and get past those officiating inconsistencies
man I feel brown on this one . like he's right though refs can be super inconsistent and it's gotta affect the game. i mean 14 out of 20 free throws is wild even for a team that's good at getting to the line. and yeah, touch fouls are a thing now and it's like they're not being called hard enough on the other end.
I think the celtics need to keep pushing this issue, maybe get more attention from the league or something. brown's frustration is legit and it's gonna take more than just a few good games to make up for all those missed calls .
