Football presenter Alex Scott is stepping into the jungle for a very different kind of challenge - an Australian-themed "This or That?" quiz, where she'll have to choose between two extreme options. The 38-year-old from London takes on Fara Williams in a battle of wits that will put her physical and mental endurance to the test.
Alex was presented with four questions by her host, Fara Williams: Would you rather sleep under the stars or in a tent? Would you rather eat kangaroo or crocodile meat for dinner? Would you rather go on a crocodile-spotting safari or take a surfing lesson in Bondi Beach? And finally, would you rather wear a didgeridoo-print onesie to the campfire or do a 10K run in the blistering Australian sun?
The football legend, who has been an integral part of the BBC's Football Focus programme since 2017, is no stranger to physical challenges. As one of only three female co-hosts on the show, she has tackled some tough opponents and come out on top.
"I'm not just a footy fan, I love trying new things and stepping out of my comfort zone," Alex said ahead of her jungle adventure. "I'm excited to see what Australia has in store for me."

. Fara Williams sounds like a tough competitor too, so it'll be interesting to see how Alex holds up. Maybe we can all learn from her willingness to try new things and push herself outside of her zone? The idea of eating kangaroo or crocodile meat for dinner is definitely a wild card – fingers crossed she doesn't get stuck with that one

that would be pretty awkward! But for real, it's gonna be so cool to see Alex's reactions when trying new Aussie foods like kangaroo or crocodile meat 
i think its gonna be close between these two ladies, both are super fit and have that extra oomph

. As someone who's always up for a DIY project, I think it's awesome that she's taking on this Aussie-themed quiz. I mean, sleeping under the stars or in a tent? That's like choosing between building a shelter with twigs and leaves or using a pre-made tent. Either way, you've gotta be prepared for the great outdoors
